Thistley Green Tender Market Engagement

Overview

Essex County Council are developing a procurement process for the re-tendering of the care and landlord services at Thistley Green supported living service. 

As part of this we want to engage with the market to give an overview of the service, and to gather feedback on specific elements of the commercial proposal. 

A full provider briefing on the service and proposals for the commercial process are attached to this engagement (at the bottom of the page), and providers participating are requested to read this prior to then answering the questions enclosed within this survey.
