Proposed Expansion of Sweyne Park School, Sir Walter Rayleigh Drive, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 9BZ. Invitation to review an Online Public Exhibition relating to the proposed new build accommodation at Sweyne Park School.

Why your views matter

Essex County Council (ECC), along with the Department for Education (DfE), is proposing to expand this secondary school by 150 pupil places (1 form of entry) in order to meet the forecast need for school places in Rayleigh: ECC are leading on this matter.The infrastructure required to support the additional pupils involves the construction of a new teaching block consisting of 6 classrooms with storage, wc’s, and an office. The classroom design makes provision for teaching pupils with a hearing impairment.

It is on this basis that we would like to invite you to participate in the online exhibition to review the latest build proposals, and to have your say before the plans are submitted to the County Planning Authority as a full planning application. Please find the questionaire & feedback form below and we would be grateful if you could take time to complete one so that we can capture and consider your view.
