Why your views matter

Essex County Council (ECC) with the Department for Education (DfE), are proposing to expand this primary school so as to provide an additional 210 pupil places (1form of entry) in order to meet the growth in the number of school places required in the district of Tendring: ECC are leading on this matter.

The proposed expansion primarily involves the construction of a standalone building containing
8 classrooms, including facilities, a library, 2 x SEN rooms and:

• Internal remodelling of the original school building to provide a studio.
• Scooter & cycle parking.
• New multi-use games area.

We would like to invite you to an online exhibition to review the latest draft proposals online and to have your say before the proposals are completed for submission to the County Planning Authority as a full planning application. Comment forms (Survey) are available online and we would be grateful if you could take your time to complete this so that we can capture and consider the views prior to the submission of the planning application.
