  • Proposal to expand Harlow Fields School from January 2026

    Working in partnership with the senior leadership team of Harlow Fields School, Essex County Council is exploring the possibility of expanding the school to 238 places from January 2026. Appropriate permanent accommodation would be delivered on the school site to allow that to happen. More

  • Proposal to expand Shorefields SEND School from January 2026 through the provision of a new teaching block

    Working in partnership with the senior leadership team at Shorefields SEND School, Essex County Council is exploring the possibility of providing a new single storey teaching block with two new class bases, each with a dedicated break-out room, toilets, new play equipment and 8 additional car parking spaces to accommodate an additional 9 students for January 2026. In turn this will create greater capacity to address recent growth in numbers. More
