Essex County Council (ECC) is conducting work to enable, empower and transform the lives of people who are supporting and providing care for someone who may struggle to cope without that input. ECC is exploring how technology can be used to support this endeavour and we are seeking your feedback to help us understand how to develop the most effective solutions.
