This is a special event to mark an important milestone in our commitment to a sustainable future. The official launch of the Early Years Climate advice pack, designed to empower the Early Years and Childcare sector to create a more sustainable future.

Event Objectives
This event is to draw attention to the role the Early Years sector has in supporting Essex to reach its net zero target.
The event will introduce the pack, which has been design specifically for this sector and we hope this will engage all our EYCC provider to create a positive change in their approach to sustainability.
The pack focuses on ways of reducing their carbon output, engaging with their families and embedding good practice into their curriculum to ensure their children the habits necessary to become the future Stewarts of the planet.
Suggested audience
All early years and childcare providers, students at college studying early year.
