Overview

This self-assessment tool consists of 17 worksheets. Each worksheet focusses on a theme and outlines a number of standards to be achieved within that theme. Please self-assess your setting against each standard by selecting 'Not Met', 'Partly Met', 'Fully Met', or 'N/A'. at the bottom of each worksheet is a space for you to provide any comments and/or proposed actions/plans to meet any standards that are not 'Fully Met'.

At the beginning of the survey you will be asked for details of who is completing the survey. At the end you will be asked for details of who is approving the responses.
