Registrations: We will process completed registration forms strictly in the order received.

Confirmation of registration: Notification of log in details and a link to a user guide will be emailed once your account is made live.

Chains and networks: If you have multiple settings within a chain or trust you will need to register each setting address seperately. Each setting can only have one unique address and email address. 

Renewal/re-subscription: You will be contacted before your current subscription runs out to ask if you would like to register for another year. You are not obliged to do so.

We only use this information for financial processing and monitoring. We may contact you throughout the year to invite you to feedback on the service and the successful applicants you have recruited.
