Overview

Please complete the following form after completing any staff development activity, internal or external. 

ACL is  committed to the continuous improvement of its staff development provision and we therefore ask that you reflect and evaluate on any training that you undertake.   Your feedback is required on the learning and outcomes of any development activity, including sharing learning with colleagues to gain the maximum value from the activity.  

The workforce development team are responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of continuous professional development and use your assessments to inform future staff development opportunities.
