Staff CPD Applications

Overview

Please complete this application to apply for any CPD training you wish to undertake that incurs a cost to ACL.

In completing this application you are confirming you have discussed this training with your manager and it has been provisonally agreed for you to attend this training.

Once complete the application will go to Teresa Ablewhite for approval. Once she has confirmed this in an email to yourself and your manager you can book onto the training as required.
