Childcare Provision from 1st June 20

Overview

Following recent government guidance Early Years providers have been advised that they are able to open to all children from the 1^st June 2020 subject to confirmation on 28^th May 2020.

In view of this please can you complete the following survey to give the Local Authority an indication of potential Childcare provision for the remainder of the summer term.
