Healthy School Streets Survey Colchester Lexden Cluster (ATF2 Post Implementation)
Overview
At Essex County Council, we want to help residents in Colchester to have the opportunity to walk and cycle to school. Walking and cycling have been proven to provide many benefits including improvement to peoples physical and mental health and well-being, and decrease pollution and noise. We want to help provide a safe space for people to walking, scoot, or cycle for all or part of their journey.
We are interested in understanding your experiences in regard to Norman Way, Sussex Road, Rembrandt Way, and surrounding roads. It is important to us to understand how you travel around your local area and experience the street environment.
You will help us better understand the impact of our ATF2 (Active Travel Fund 2) Healthy School Streets project which aimed to improve safety around the schools.
We will consult in the future about any potential changes and ask residents for further feedback.
