DA Lived Experience Survey

Overview

Southend City Council, Essex County Council and Thurrock Council would like to hear from survivors of domestic abuse as ‘experts by experience’, to explore support services and have their say on the development of domestic abuse support services across Southend, Essex and Thurrock.

Please be reassured that anything you share within this survey will be kept confidentially and not shared with anyone outside of the project team.

You will remain anonymous and will not be identified from anything we report on.

GDPR and Data Protection

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. The information will only be used for the purposes described above and will not be kept longer than is necessary to do so, up to a maximum of two years. We will not share your personal details with any other agency unless we have concerns that you or another individual may be at risk of harm or if it is required by law. We do not collect personal information for commercial purposes.
