Overview

This survey is for parents and carers with children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who attend an early years setting, mainstream school or college. It is also for young people with an EHCP who attend a mainstream school. This survey opens on 1 June 2020..

Please complete the survey when you have had a conversation with your child’s school or setting to talk about what support it is possible to provide at this time. The conversation may have been called a ‘Reasonable Endeavours’ conversation.

We would like to hear your thoughts. We would like to know how you and your child feel about the support and plan. This will help us to know how best to continue to support you, your family and your school or setting.

Essex County Council and the Essex Family Forum have worked together to create this survey; putting you and your family at the centre of our service.
