Self-isolation payments

Overview

Essex County Council offer discretionary self-isolation payments for people who aren't eligible under the government scheme this includes:

• those in hardship on zero hour contracts
• those self-employed who have been trading for less than a year at the time of COVID
• those self-employed without access to support because of low trading returns
