What is the purpose of this information?

Carers can share their lived experiences with organisations who have a responsibility to support carers, so that carers can help to shape and be involved in decisions that impact their lives.

How will my information be used?

The information that you provide will be used to gain an insight into what support carers need and what is important to you. This Information will be recorded and stored securely.

A small team within Healthwatch Essex and the Council are working together with partner organisations to gather carers views. This means that it will be necessary for the Council and Healthwatch to view information about you and your family to help inform future services. We understand that some information may be sensitive and we will keep your information confidential and will not share personal data with other organisations.

It is estimated that it will take you 10 minutes to complete.
