Citizens Database Sign Up Survey

Overview

Essex County Council are setting up a people's database, this will be used to contact people who are interested in finding out more about engagement activities, consultations, events and information.

This database will provide an up to date available list of people who have agreed to be contacted and involved in different activities. The database will be used by ECC officers to invite people to be part of various engagement activity and to send out information. If you are asked to take part in any specific engagement activity, support and reasonable adjustments will be made to enable those with access requirements to take part.

This short survey is designed to capture information about you as a person and your experience of disability. Specifically, we would like to know what areas you're interested in and what activities you would like to be involved in, in the future.

Being part of the database is completely voluntary and you can choose to withdraw your details at any time.
