Bio Waste Market Engagement 

Essex County Council (ECC) and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (SBC) are seeking to commence procurement in Spring 2022 for Transfer, Treatment and Disposal Services for source segregated municipal bio-wastes arising in the county of Essex and the unitary authority of Southend-on-Sea. 

To assist in the development of tender documents, we are inviting interested suppliers to complete this market engagement questionnaire by 19^th December 2021. 

N.B. ECC may organise short follow up calls in the New Year following review of responses, if any clarifications are required.
