Who can complete this survey?

This survey is for any frontline care workers delivering adult social care services to residents of Essex. You must be employed either:

• by a care provider based in Essex (excluding Southend and Thurrock), or
• a care provider commissioned by Essex County Council. 

Prize draw

Only care workers who live in Essex (excludes Southend and Thurrock) have an opportunity to enter a prize draw to receive a voucher for completing the survey. The winners will be chosen at random by ECC and contacted using the contact information supplied in the survey. 

Entry is optional, you can complete the survey and not enter the prize draw.

1st - £350 voucher

2nd - £100 voucher

3rd - £50 voucher (2 available)
