Consultation on the Proposed changes to the timetable for Bus Service C11

In 2025, Essex County Council (ECC) consulted on changes to local bus routes, including proposed changes to be made to service C11 which currently operates between Chelmsford - Beaulieu Park, on Monday to Saturday Evenings.

These changes are scheduled to take effect from April 2026. ECC is now formally proposing the change of Service C11 and would greatly value your views on this proposal.
