Consultation on the Proposed changes to the timetable for Bus Service C3

In 2025, Essex County Council (ECC) consulted on changes to local bus routes, including proposed changes to be made to service C3 which currently operates between Chelmsford - North Melbourne, on Sundays & public holidays.

Chelmsford – North Melbourne:

0940, 1140, 1340, 1540 & 1740

North Melbourne - Chelmsford:

1001, 1201, 1401, 1601 & 1757

These changes are scheduled to take effect from April 2026. ECC is now formally proposing the change of Service C3 and would greatly value your views on this proposal.
