Youth Group - Consent Form

A group that meets monthly at a Youth Centre site, staffed by members of the Involvement Service team, part of Essex County Council's Children and Families Services.  

The aim of the sessions is to provide a space for young people to have fun, build confidence and make new friends.  A place where young people can share their experiences without judgement and be in an environment with other young people from similar backgrounds.

Young people attending will be part of a larger group of other young people of similar age.  Young people are not supervised on a 1:1 basis. 

This consent form applies to Youth Group at an Essex CC premises.  Activities during the session vary, examples are:  Arts and Crafts, gaming, outdoor activities, music and cooking.   Every young person attending the group will be offered lunch during the session.
