Child Protection Conference Parent or Carer Feedback (initial)

Overview

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of child protection conferences. What you tell us is anonymous which means your name will not be mentioned in our reports. However, if what you tell us makes us concerned for the safety of a child  a social worker may contact you.  

Under the Data Protection Act we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.  This information will only be used to improve our child protection processes and will not be kept longer than is necessary to do so, paper questionnaires up to 1 year and electronic files up to 5 years. We will not share your personal details with another agency unless we have concerns that you or another individual is at risk of harm.
