Child Protection Conference Agency Feedback (review)

Overview

Under the Data Protection Act we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.  This information will only be used to improve and develop our child protection services and will not be kept longer than is necessary to do so, paper questionnaires up to 1 year and electronic files up to 5 years. We will not share your personal details with another agency unless we have concerns that you or another individual is at risk of harm.
