Proposed Relocatable Buildings (RL) replacement at Friars Grove Primary School, Upland Drive, Colchester, CO4 0PZ. Invitation to review an Online Public Exhibition relating to the proposed new build accommodation at Friars Grove Primary School.

Why your views matter

Essex County Council (ECC) with the Department for Education (DfE), are proposing to replace the RL’s at Friars Grove Primary School to provide a permanent Early Years facility and a school class base.

The proposed replacement includes the construction a new Early Year’s facility at the front of the school site consisting of 2x play spaces, kitchen, staff room, admin/reception area, stores, laundry and associated w/c’s and plant with a new 6 space car park externally. A new class base on the school playing field is also proposed consisting of 1x class base, store and associated w/c’s. The current RL’s will be demolished and the area will be reinstated back to grass play space.
