Essex Bus User Survey 2024

Overview

The Travel Essex unit of Essex County Council are conducting a survey to better understand public opinion of the bus services in Essex, and how we can improve bus services to encourage more people to use buses.

We are looking for responses from both bus users and non-bus users.

All of the questions are multiple choice. 

This survey is completely anonymous and the final 5 questions will be asking about age, location, gender, ethnicity and accessibility to help us better understand the results of the survey.

At the end of the survey, you will have the option to leave your email address if you would like to an emailed copy of your responses to be sent to you.
