Essex Highways User Survey 2020

Overview

Essex Highways are committed to improving the service we deliver to Essex residents and road users. As part of our continual development, it is important that we gather feedback on our key service areas from a variety of sources. This survey is timed so that the results will feed in to our planning cycle for 2021/22 and help focus our resources accordingly.

This survey is intended to obtain the collective view of each region or organisation; therefore, please only submit one return per council or stakeholder. Repeat returns will not be included in our analysis.
