ESCB Training - Getting to know your Partners - Children & Families Hub, 12th November 2024, 12.30pm-1.30pm (virtual)

The Children and Families Hub provides a county wide service within the Children and Families Service, where families require access to Family Solutions and Children’s Social Care services for children and families with identified Level 3 -intensive and Level 4 - specialist needs.  

This session will include a Q&A and you can ask your colleagues anything to do with their organisations, services and daily practices, to help you gain a better understanding and promote an improved collaborative working approach.
