Find out about the services provided and supported by the youth service across the county. What is a Young carer?, identifying young carers, how to make referrals. Targeted programmes and Duke of Edinburgh awards program.

This session will include a Q&A and you can ask your colleagues anything to do with their organisations, services and daily practices, to help you gain a better understanding and promote an improved collaborative working approach.
