Phoenix Futures offers Enhanced support for people and their families within the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities in Essex.
A new service in partnership with the existing Essex Countywide Travellers’ Unit (ECTU) within Essex County Council (ECC) delivering enhanced support to people and their families within the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities in Essex. The service will work with the communities to understand their support needs, using outreach, signposting, onward referrals, advocacy, and accompanying people to appointments as needed.
We aim to reduce the stigma, which is often a barrier to services for communities, and improve health inequalities
This session will include a Q&A and you can ask your colleagues anything to do with their organisations, services and daily practices, to help you gain a better understanding and promote an improved collaborative working approach.
This is a virtual training course and delegates will be sent an invitation via Microsoft Teams to join the event. Please note that your email address may be visible to other delegates on the Microsoft Teams invite.
