Thurstable School Yondr pouch system - parents views

Overview

Your school is taking part in research linked to the use of the Yondr pouches. 

The Essex Educational Psychology service has been asked to collect your general views about the introduction and impact of the pouches for your child/children.

Your views are incredibly important in helping the school improve and provide the best feedback regarding what does and does not currently work. 

The questionnaire is anonymous. Your feedback will form part of a report exploring the impact of the Yondr pouches. The report will be shared with school leaders with the possibility of wider dissemination.   

This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes and will consist of 8 questions. 

Your participation is entirely voluntary, and your answers will be treated in confidence and the themes will be reported anonymously.   If you’re a parent or carer of more than one child, we’d really appreciate it if you could fill in a separate questionnaire for each child.

If you wish to withdraw at any point during the process, simply close the questionnaire using the button in the top right corner.  By completing the survey you are agreeing for your responses to be used.
