Why your views matter

Each year we carry out an evaluation of individual professional supervision within the Essex EP Service. The purpose of this evaluation is;

• To ensure all members of the service are accessing supervision in line with the Essex Supervision Policy and the BPS and AEP guidelines.
• To provide information about how well our Supervision Policy is being implemented.
• To consider what impact supervision has on our practice and on achieving better outcomes for children and young people.
