Women in Essex in Business

Overview

Essex County Council is looking at ways in which it can increase its support for women in business across the county. 

You are invited to complete as much or as little as you have time for of the following survey to help us understand a bit about you, your thoughts on what would be useful as a women in business whilst also having the opportunity to sign up for one of our new programmes.

Note: Women interested in signing up for the September Cohort of "How to Start your Start Up" will need to let us know via this survey by midday Friday 10th September. (Sign up is on page 3)

Voluntary

This survey is voluntary, it will not affect the services that you currently receive if you do not complete it.  By completing this survey, you are giving us permission to use this information to inform our plans but your individual support or services you access won't be directly affected.

Confidentiality

Any information you share with us a part of this project will not be identifiable to individuals or organisations in our final report.  We will keep individual responses for two years.

GDPR and Data Protection 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.  The information will only be used for the purposes described above and will not be kept longer than is necessary to do so, up to a maximum of two years. We will not share your personal details with any other agency unless we have concerns that you or another individual may be at risk of harm or if it is required by law. We do not collect personal information for commercial purposes.
