Overview

Please provide us with your up to date contact details for the accounting process, please try and complete as soon as possible as this enables us time to update through the school holidays ahead of the consultation. 

If you are a Trust and having a combined report, please ensure you list all Academies this relates too.

If you are using alternative actuarial firm there is a opt out, please do ensure you advise which Academies this covers.

For the contacts the first is the primary contact and must have an entry, we have provided a further 3 elements for continuity please ensure there is at least a minimum  of 2 contatcs provided.
