HAT Lean Review
Overview
We are currently reviewing all the HAT support covered by Business Services in this lean review, we are aware that a lot of the work you carry out is business critical so the plan in this instance isn't to eliminate the activity but to ensure that all of your processes are consistent across the four quadrant where possible and to ensure that the processes you carry out each day add the best value to the customer and Business Services. Therefore, reducing any waste. The term waste in this instance relates to any double handling, duplication of tasks or steps in a process, or reducing errors first time. We also intend wherever possible to have consistency across all four quadrants, this will enable us to manage peaks and troughs in workload and training/covering requirements with our current staffing levels.
