Overview

Essex County Council Adult Social Care is dedicated to continuously improving the experiences of adults, their representatives and families who engage with us and our services. To support with this, we are seeking the views of our residents about the quality of their engagement and experiences of our Adult Social Care and support services.

This survey is aimed at people who have engaged with Essex Adult Social Care in the last 12 months, whether in respect of support currently in place, or previously received.  Please complete the survey as honestly as you can, as your views are important to us. 

By completing the survey, you agree for your feedback to be used to inform the work of Essex Adult Social Care Services.  Your responses will be treated in the strictest confidence and will remain anonymous.

The information will be kept for up to 12 months. We will not share your personal details with any other agency unless we have concerns that you or another individual may be at a risk of harm, or if it is required by law. Please be assured that we do not collect personal information for commercial purposes.
