ESAB/ESCB/SETDAB: Learning from Multi-Agency Reviews in Practice - Chelmsford

Closes 7 Nov 2019

Opened 10 Jun 2019

Overview

Essex Safeguarding Adult Board, Essex Safeguarding Children Board and the Southend, Essex and Thurrock Domestic Abuse Board are running a series of multi-agency events designed for anyone who has involvement with domestic abuse and children or adults safeguarding in their role and with the ability to influence practice within their organisation.

The learning from multi-agency reviews in practice is aimed at anyone working with adults and children.  It is expected that demand for this event will be high, so places may be restricted.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Opportunity to shape practice
  • Reflect on cases
  • Make a difference to how we work together
  • Consider and identify risk
  • Share good practice and learning
  • Use a Think Family approach

The events will be run on a similar format to the Learning from Review events that took place in 2018 with a key theme of professional curiosity.

Charges for late notice cancellation (less than 15 working days) or non-attendance are set at £45 per delegate. If a delegate is unable to attend, another member of staff from the same team/service can be substituted without any additional cost.
